The COVID-19 pandemic changed how we work. Employees had to balance work, family, and health concerns. At the same time, organizations faced uncertainty, cost pressures, and new safety rules.

At Shadowfax, we quickly adapted to these changes. We redesigned our policies, safety measures, and employee programs. Our focus stayed clear: protect our people and support their well-being.

Putting Safety First

To reduce the spread of COVID-19, we introduced strict safety rules, including:

  • Mandatory face masks
  • Social distancing at all locations
  • Work-from-home and stay-at-home guidelines

We also focused on emotional and mental well-being. Our HR team led this effort by creating a people-first, hybrid work culture.

Technology-Enabled Remote Work

Technology played a key role during this time. Teams worked remotely and completed most tasks online.
